Well, I’m all packed up and ready to fly out to Turkey tomorrow morning. From this point on, I’ll be on the move until mid-August, basically be livng out of a backpack or bike panniers for the next three and a half months.

It feels exciting and natural to be back on the road again, and I’m looking forward to spending a lot more time outside and learning new things in an international context again. I’m hoping to take more time to be mindful outside of the North American pace to do more writing and photography.

It’s hard to imagine we’ll be sleeping on the St. Paul Trail in central Turkey in only three days…
